Privacy Policy

When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. We store your pushka's nickname, your chosen tap and target amounts, and your running and lifetime giving totals.

We never see or store your card details. When you add a card, it's entered directly into Stripe, our payment processor, and we only keep a reference to let your card be charged automatically when your pushka reaches its target. Stripe's own privacy policy covers how they handle this: stripe.com/privacy.

When a donation is collected, we send a receipt to your email address using Resend, our email delivery service, showing the charity's details, the date, the amount, and a receipt number.

Solely to run your pushka: tracking your giving, charging your card when your box is full, sending you receipts, and letting you manage your own settings.

Only the processors above (Stripe for payments, Resend for email), each only with what they need to do their job. We don't sell or share your information with anyone else.

For as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for our own financial records. Contact us if you'd like your account and data removed.

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your data at any time by contacting us at rabbi@jewishbricketwood.org.

This app is not directed at children and is not knowingly used to collect data from anyone under 13.
